Thank you for checking out our 4th Annual Fall Scholarship event page! This Application page is for any local musicians who would like to perform for this year’s Scholarship Festival.
We ask that all music performed must be family-friendly! We have 45-minute Blocks of time designated to each band throughout the day; Spaces are limited.
If you would like to volunteer as a live band for this event, all we ask is for an official applicated completed with your band name, a short description of the type of music you play, and a Spotify link, Youtube link, or an mp3 track attachment of your band playing some of your music.
Because spaces are limited and upon review of your application, we cannot guarantee your application will grant you a 45-minute block of time at this event. However, we will keep you in our records for future events.
Most sound equipment will be provided. We will send a list of what we have available to our participants if their application is accepted.
*Because this event is to help benefit and raise awareness for our Educational Scholarships, there will be no monetary compensation for your volunteered time.*

If accepted, all final Applications and Donations for our Live Band Application must be completed and returned to The Community Church of Pine Run EMC by September 1st, 2024.
