REVEREND?
A title entrusted to those who have been ordained for Pastoral Ministry. Pastor Joshua has been Ordained since 2006, but he has been engaged in Ministry, in some capacity, since his teen years when he first began to sense the Call.

DOCTOR?
A title signifying a terminal academic degree. After completing a Master’s of Religion and a Master’s of Divinity, Pastor Joshua earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership in 2015.

This year, Joshua & Allissa celebrate 29 years of marriage. They have 10 kids, ranging in age from 26 to 8. The oldest 2 are married and have brought 6 grandchildren into the mix.

As a pastor & educator, Joshua has committed his life to seeing families & communities, revitalized & transformed. In addition to his work as a private-practice educator, researcher, and author, he has served in leadership roles with a number of local community groups over the years.

What gets him up in the morning is good coffee, & the belief that this life is a gift given to us by a God whose core desire is to love us in spite of the fact that we mess everything up all the time (He loves us as we are and not as we should be) & who invites us to partner with Him as Stewards over His creation.
